Christmas Day

On Christmas Day, everyone was dressed to impress. Mairead had on her new Christmas dress and her pearls from Nana.


In the morning, she carefully arranged her favorite new toys (she found them in her stocking that Santa left), and was honestly thrilled with those. Little did she know that we hadn't really started the big Christmas celebration yet!

Santa's 'big gift' to Mairead was a pretty cool art table. She LOVES to color, paint, etc, so we made the investment in a table that is designed for just such things. We know that all three kids will be able to enjoy it for years to come. She loves it and has spent a lot of time there already.

We had plenty of company on Christmas night. Dave and I estimated that there were just about 40 people in and out of the house during the evening.

The Flying Guziejka Brothers (and Matt's lovely wife, Lauren) came by for some fun and to celebrate Brian and Christin's engagement. Jack hung out with Matt for a while-- they had some calls to make.
